The Villa Cresta del Pino Townhome Community is built as a tribute to the late Haynie B. Tyus by his three children, Donna J. Tyus, James C. Tyus and Kelly L. Tyus. Mr. Tyus was a longtime leader and real estate developer in Fairfield and surrounding areas.

Mr. Tyus was regarded as the "builder of choice" and was known for his unwavering attention to detail and insistence on the highest quality construction and service.

"We are developing an excellent residential neighborhood, one that will be impeccably maintained and whose high quality will always be evident," said Donna Tyus. "We pledge to always live up to the examples Daddy set for us and to continue his legacy."
